About DSP Diversified Services
We were founded with the vision to provide a level of service to our clients that is not typical for the industry. Our founders and managers have worked in real estate investing and contracting for many years prior to the founding of our company. After facing the challenge of finding a kitchen cabinet company that could provide a full-service offering with on-site measuring, design consulting, and managed installation at an affordable price we decided to fill that need by forming DSP Diversified Services.
Our many years of experience on both sides of the industry give us a unique perspective that allows us to serve the needs of our customers to a level that we feel is unmatched in the industry. We know what you want and need because we have been in your shoes.

Our Process
We have streamlined and systematized our process to ensure both efficiency and quality for all of our clients.
On-Site Measure
The first step in every project is an on-site inspection and site measure. Your designated project manager with whom you will develop a relationship with will come to your job site and measure your kitchen space
Design & Drawing & Estimate
Once we have measurements in place our design team will take over and present you with multiple layouts and renderings that suit your needs and budget. With decades of combined experience and thousands of designs completed, our expertise becomes your expertise.
Avoiding Mistakes
After project approval and before we begin our project manager will make another onsite visit to ensure all of the pre-design measurements are correct and have not changed which is common during the construction process. This ensures that if there are any changes required, that they are made before installation is started, avoiding mistakes and errors that cost time and money.
Installation Timeline
From the time of approval until installation starts, we can typically begin within the week. Installation time varies depending on the size and type of kitchen being installed but this can range from 2 days for a smaller and simpler kitchen to 5 days for a more complex and larger kitchen. From small to large our Project Managers are there to ensure that the quality is of the highest of standards.
